- 2 Julius Meinl “Summer Idyll” Leaf Bags
- 300 ml boiling water
- 1 orange
- 1 kiwi
- ¼ lime
- ½ teaspoon of brown cane sugar
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Remove the peel of the kiwi and cut the fruit flesh into little cubes. Squeeze the orange and ¼ of a lime and pour the juice on to the kiwi pieces. Add the sugar. At the same time let the tea steep for 8 minutes. Mix the juice and the tea.
Even more alluring if decorated with slices of kiwi or orange.
