East Africa is the origin of coffee. Hadhramaut, a mythical kingdom was once the center of the world’s coffee trade. Historically, the name refers to the former Hadramaut states, a collective term for the Quaiti and Kathiri sultanates. In this blend we use the finest Ethiopian and Kenyan highland coffees, grown at an altitude between 800 – 1500 meters (2600-4900 feet).
