Julius Meinl coffee rules
- Water hardness: from 6 to 8° dH
- Pump pressure: 9 bars
- Brewing temperature: 90 – 95 °C
- Coffee temperature in cup: 82 – 84 °C
- Appropriate grind setting for the coffee machine and always grind immediately before brewing Dosage: 6 – 8 grams
- Leave the filter basket with the ground coffee in the machine to retain the temperature
- Careful cleaning of all parts that come into contact with the beans and beverage
- Always pre-heat the coffee cup
- Milk temperature when steaming: 62 – 65 °C
