Ristretto ( „Short espresso“)
7 g coffee, 2 cl water, 16-20 seconds preparation time. Serve in an espresso cup.

Cappuccino
Cappuccino consists of 1/3 espresso, 1/3 creamed milk and 1/3 milk foam. Serve in a large cup and top with cocoa powder.

Latte macchiato
Pour foamed milk into a tall glass (2/3 full) and wait until the foam settles. Slowly pour espresso onto the milk. The result is a unique three-layered beverage (milk, coffee, milk)

Turkish Coffee
Place Turkish coffee (very find grind) with or without sugar into a small copper pot. Add cold water and let it come to a boil three times.

Irish Coffee
Pour 4 cl Irish Whiskey, 4 cl water and 2 spoons cane sugar into an original Irish Coffee glass. Heat the mixture with the steam wand and add a double espresso and semi-whipped heavy cream. Tip: Pour the cream over the back of a spoon so that the coffee blends easier with the whiskey and water mixture.

Pharisäer (Pharisee coffee)
Pour espresso onto 2cl Jamaica Rum and a spoon of sugar. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. This coffee recipe is typically drunk through the whipped cream without stirring.

Russian Coffee
Heat 1/16 l red wine with a sweetend espresso (one spoon of sugar) until almost boiling (the liquid starts to form little bubbles). Add a table spoon of vodka, pour the hot drink into a coffee cup and enjoy.
