Coffee Cocktails

With alcohol

Latte Amaretto
Pour 4 cl Amaretto into a tall (250 ml) glass, add a lot of steamed milk and pour one espresso over it.

Latte Baileys
Pour 4 cl Baileys into a tall glass, add a lot of steamed milk and pour one espresso over it.

Mocca Nocciola
A water glass with 2 cl hazelnut liqueur, pour one espresso slowly over it and top with a cap of milk foam.

Vanilla Hot Shot
Pour 2 cl Galliano Vanilla liqueur into a shot glass, add one espresso and semi-whipped heavy cream.
Tip: Pour the cream over the back of a spoon.

Pepino’s Coffee
Pour 4 cl Kahlua, 3 cl brown Tequila and one coffee spoon of cane sugar into a Cognac glass. Heat the Tequila mixture with the steam wand of your espresso machine. Add 2 espressi and roughly one centimeter of semi-whipped heavy cream.

Coretto
The “corrected” espresso … with Grappa!
A single espresso with 4 cl Grappa.

Franz Josef
Heat 2 cl Sherry in a small espresso cup with the steam wand of your espres. Add a single espresso and cover it with milk foam.

Energy²
Pour 1/8 l Red Bull into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add a single or double espresso and two squirts of Amaretto. Serve with a straw.

Julius
A water glass with 2 cl Kahlua. Pour one cold espresso over it and top with a cap of whipped cream. Serve it with a coffee bean.

White Russian Mocca
Ice cubes, 2 cl Kahlua and 4 cl Vodka in a small tumbler. Pour one stirred espresso over it and top with whipped cream approx. 2 cms.

Black Russian Mocca
Ice cubes, 2 cl Kahlua and 4 cl Vodka in a small tumbler. Pour one stirred espresso over it.

Babuschka
Pour 6 cl Vodka, 3 cl Kahlua and 2 cl coffee cream in a tumbler. Heat the Vodka mixture with the steam wand of your espresso machine. Pour 2 espressi over it.

Jumei
Shake well 1-2 cl coconut syrup, white Bacardi, cold milk and one Ristretto and serve it in a latte glass.

Captain Jack S.
Pour 3 cl Captain Jack Morgan spiced rum, 1 cl cinnamon syrup and 3 cl hot water in a latte glass. Heat the rum mixture with the steam wand of your espresso machine. Pour 2 espressi over it.

Lychee on the rocks
Place ice cubes in a latte glass and cover with lychee juice. Pour one ristretto over it and add a shot of angostura.

 

Without Alcohol

Chocolate Mocca
Cover the inside rim of a tall glass with chocolate sauce. Add an espresso and steamed milk. Serve immediately so that your customer can see the pattern of the melting chocolate sauce. Alternatively you can also pour the chocolate sauce into the glass and add milk foam. Wait until the foam settles and then add the espresso – the result looks like the three-layered Latte macchiato plus a fourth level of chocolate.

White Chocolate Latte
Pour white chocolate sauce into a glass, add a single espresso and top with steamed milk.

Mandel Mocca (Almond Mocca)
Pour caramel sauce into a glass, add a single espresso and top with steamed milk.

Caramel Coffee
Pour caramel sauce into a glass, add a single espresso and top with steamed milk. Serve with caramel biscuit.

Leche Leche
A Brazilian specialty: Pour 2 cl of condensed milk into a water glass, add an espresso and top with a dollop of milk foam.

Espresso con Panna
A single espresso topped off with a dollop of whipped cream. 

Affogato
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into a coffee cup and add an espresso. Ice Cream and coffee blend together in the cup.

EggNoggShot
Pour 2 cm Egg Nog liqueur in a warm water glass. Add one espresso and top with milk foam and serve it sprinkeld with nutmeg.

TomTom
Shake 1 cl macadamia nut syrup, 1 cl coconut syrup, 1 cl white chocolate syrup and 1/8 cold milk. Pour it in a latte glass and add one espresso.

Cold Vanilla
Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream in a latte glass. Tip: If you want an alcoholic Turkish Delight just add Drambuie instead of honey. Add one shot vanilla syrup and pour one espresso over it. Serve it with a cap of whipped cream.

Hazelnut Latte Macchiato
Put 2 cl hazelnut syrup in a latte glass and add hot milk and milkfoam. Pour one espresso over it. (same as Latte Macchiato just with hazelnut syrup)
